Valley Fresh Gluten-Free Double Decker Turkey Sandwiches

Ingredients:

  • - 4 (6 inch) gluten-free French bread loaves
  • - 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • - 1 (10 ounce) can VALLEY FRESH® 100% Natural White Turkey, drained and shredded
  • - 1 cup reduced-fat shredded Swiss cheese
  • - 1 cup reduced-fat shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions:

Heat oven to 325°F. Cut bread loaves horizontally into thirds. Spread each cut surface with butter. Divide half of turkey evenly over bottom section of each loaf. Combine cheeses. Top turkey with half of cheese mixture. Add second section of loaf. Repeat layers. Top with third section of loaf. Wrap each sandwich in foil. Bake for 20 minutes, or until warmed through and cheese is melted.
