Ingredients:
- - 2 cups uncooked gluten-free bow-tie pasta
- - 1 cup plain yogurt
- - 1 teaspoon fresh lemon zest
- - 1/3 cup gluten-free mayonnaise 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- - 1/2 teaspoon salt
- - 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- - 1/4 teaspoon poppy seeds
- - 1 (10 ounce) can VALLEY FRESH® 100% Natural White Chicken, drained and shredded
- - 1 cup seedless red grapes, halved
- - 1/2 cup sliced green onion
- - 1/2 cup sliced celery
Instructions:
Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and rinse under cold water. In small bowl, combine yogurt, lemon zest, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, pepper and poppy seeds. In large bowl, combine pasta, chicken, grapes, onion and celery. Add dressing; toss to coat. Cover and chill until serving time.
