Ingredients:
- - 1 (10 ounce) can VALLEY FRESH® 100% Natural White Chicken, drained
- - 1 cup CHI-CHI’S® Salsa
- - 8 crispy corn taco shells
- - 1 cup shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese
- - Tomatoes, diced (optional)
- - Ripe black olives, sliced (optional)
- - Jalapeños, sliced (optional)
Instructions:
In large skillet, combine chicken with salsa. Heat mixture over medium-low heat until warmed through, stirring occasionally. Spoon chicken mixture into taco shells and top with shredded cheese. If desired, top with diced tomatoes, sliced ripe olives, and jalapeños.
