Valley Fresh Gluten-Free Chicken Veggie Melts

Ingredients:

  • - 1 (10 ounce) can VALLEY FRESH® 100% Natural White & Dark Chicken, drained
  • - 1 cup reduced-fat shredded Cheddar cheese
  • - 1/2 cup celery, sliced
  • - 2 green onions, chopped
  • - 1/2 cup gluten-free mayonnaise
  • - 2 tablespoons red pepper, diced
  • - 1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • - Dash of garlic powder and onion powder
  • - 3 gluten-free English muffins or bagels, split

Instructions:

Combine all ingredients except muffins and spoon onto English muffin halves. Bake at 375ºF for 10 minutes, or until toasted and golden brown.
