Ingredients:
- - 1 (13-1/4 ounce) box gluten-free rotini pasta, prepared per package directions
- - 1 (10 ounce) can VALLEY FRESH® 100% Natural White Chicken, drained
- - 1 (10 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
- - 1 cup seedless grapes, halved
- - 1 small cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped
- - 6 green onions, sliced
- Orange Vinaigrette Dressing
- - 3/4 cup orange juice concentrate, undiluted
- - 1/4 cup CARAPELLI® Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- - 1/4 cup white vinegar
Instructions:
In large bowl, toss first 6 ingredients together. In separate bowl, whisk together orange juice concentrate, olive oil and white vinegar. Pour prepared vinaigrette over salad and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
