Valley Fresh® Chicken Tacos

Ingredients

1 (10-ounce) can VALLEY FRESH® 100% Natural White Chicken, drained

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

½ tablespoon chili powder

½ teaspoon cumin

8 crispy taco shells

Diced tomatoes, if desired

Diced jalapeños, if desired

Diced red onion, if desired

Chopped cilantro, if desired

Lime juice, if desired

Instructions

In large skillet, cook chicken in oil until heated. Stir in chili powder and cumin. Spoon chicken mixture into taco shells. Top with chopped tomatoes, jalapeños, red onion, cilantro and a squeeze of lime, if desired.
