Ingredients

2 (5-ounce) cans VALLEY FRESH® Organic Chicken Breast, rinsed and drained

¼ cup relish or finely diced pickles

3 tablespoons mayonnaise

teaspoon garlic salt

A couple splashes pickle (or relish) juice

Instructions

Stir together all ingredients until well combined. Serve over whole-wheat crackers or fried green tomatoes.
